Case called. Accused namely 1. Faizan s/o Rehman, 2. Hassan Raza s/o Mehmood Ali and 3. Sultan Khan @ Salman s/o Sabir Khan are present on police bail. I.O/PI Salamat Ali is present and submitted final report u/s 173 Cr PC, ADPP is present. Mr. Waqar Ahmed advocate filed vakalatnama on behalf of all accused persons. order passed on it. Heard I.O and ADPP, order passed, admitted and registered the case. Copies u/s 241-A Cr. P.C were supplied to all accused persons at Ex-01. Thereafter all accused persons filed applications for wave he time for framing of charge, order passed on it at Ex-02, same is allowed accordingly. Formal charge was framed against all accused persons at Ex-03, wherein they pleaded their guilt and prayed for mercy as per pleas at Ex-03/A to Ex-03/C. Hence show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C given to all accused at Ex-04. Thereafter accused filed their reply of show cause notice at Ex-05. Order passed. All accused persons are convicted under section 243 Cr. P.C for the offence punishable under section 5/5-A Gambling Act and are sentenced till rising the Court & fine Rs.500/- each, in default of payment of fine, they shall further undergo fifteen (01) days. All accused persons after depositing fine amount of Rs.500/- each (Total Rs.1,500/-) in Account Branch of this District submitted such receipt No; 125, Dated 08.04.2026 before this Court. |
