I hereby allow this application and handover the possession / custody of one motorcycle to applicant, subject to furnishing P.R bond of applicant of Rs:100,000/.Applicant is further directed to produce P.R bond of Rs:50,000/ of witness for six months, with strict directions to produce the property, in question, before the Court, as and when required, without creating interest of third party or changing its present condition. |
