This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ahmed Ali son of Muhammad Khan Gopang in Crime No.387/2023 of PS Kamber City for offence 506/2,504,114,337-Ai,Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
