This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Noorullah Rind advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Nazeer Ahmed son of Ali Roshan, 02-Tarique Hussain son of Nazeer Ahmed, 03-Zaheer Ahmed son of Nazeer Ahmed, 04-Abdul Qadeer son of Ali Hyder, 05-Mujahid Ali son of Ahmed Ali all by caste Meno in Crime No.22/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayata Mekan for offence U/S 337-Fi,114,504,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 11.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
