Received civil appeal from the court of Honourable District Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. None appeared. Order passed on application under section 149 CPC. None appeared despite several callss. However, application stands allowed in the interest of justice. Requisite court fee be deposited and produced without fail on 08.8.2026 with caution that in case of failure matter will be proceeded and decided as per law. (Note after adjourning the matter, the appellant No.1-B Zulfiqar Ali who is attorney of co-appellants No.1-A, 1-C to 1-E appeared along with his counsel. They have been informed). |
