Bail application called. Mr. Mir Murtaza, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS Mithi. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail application is allowed, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:-50000/-(Fifty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Abdul Shakoor s/o Muhammad Bachal, Samejo r/o, Khamiso Samejo, Taluka Chachro, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Ilimudin. He/surety produced Five original SSCs each of Rs:10,000/-(Ten Thousand) Total of Rs- (Fifty thousand). Order passed therereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount. Let surety documents be sent for verification and mortgage. Issue Release Writ of accused Ilimudin. |
