SHO PS Dadloi is directed to produce the case property during course of the day within today, but SHO of PS Dadloi failed to produce the case property upto 03:00 pm, whereas, at morning the learned ADPP, complainant, Process Server and PC Kifayatullah and PC Liaquat Ali, were present and Process server was directed to produce the case property today, but it is now 03:00 pm. The case property was not produced by the concerned SHO and failed to comply the orders of this court for the reasons best known to them. Such conduct of the SHO and Process servers of PS Dadloi shows gross negligence in compliance of order of this court. Put off to 01.04.2026 for evidence, office to issue BW against served witnesses except Complainant ASI Soonharo Bullo as today he is present in the court and show-cause notice u/s 175 Cr.P.C against SHO PS Dadloi, such copy be sent to SSP Sukkur, DIG range sukkur and IG Sindh for information under intimation to this court. Accused are directed to attend, with directions to produce confirmation of bail order on given date. |
