Let the decree be prepared. Office is strictly directed that the certified copy of decree be sent to the chairman concerned Union Council in compliance of section 21 sub-section (2) of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and upon receipt of such copy the Chairman shall proceed as if he had received an intimation of Talaq required to be given under Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1961. |
