Therefore, in such circumstances, let the misconduct report of Mukhtiarkar Gulzar-e-Hijri Scheme No.33 to the Chief Secretary Government of Sindh as well as Principal Secretary Government of Sindh for taking departmental action against delinquent official. The Deputy Commissioner District East is directed to depute Assistant Commissioner Gulzar-e-Hijri Scheme No.33 himself to assist the Survey officials for conducting the demarcation process. In case of failure of compliance, the Deputy Commissioner as well as assistant Commissioner shall remain present in person before this court on very next date of hearing. In case of failure of compliance, the contempt proceeding shall be initiated against the Deputy Commissioner East. Let the copy of this order as well as misconduct report be sent to the Chief Secretary for further departmental action as well as keeping the misconduct report be kept in the personal file of the Mukhtiarkar in future reference. Let the copy of this order be submitted to the official assignees for compliance of order dated 29.11.2024.
