The complainant, Majnu, is absent, while his learned counsel, Mr. Hyder Ali, is present. Reports from the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Manjhand, and the SHO, P.S. Budhapur, have already been received and are placed on record. Accused Abdul Jabbar and Abdul Ghaffar are present, while accused Muhammad Aslam, Adam, Mir @ Aijaz, Abdul Rehman, and Shah Jahan are absent. Mr. Mumtaz Ali, Advocate, is present on behalf of the respondents/accused. Arguments have already been heard. A detailed order has been passed and pronounced in open Court. Cognizance of the case has been taken against all the accused, and the case is brought on the regular file.
