Cr.Appeal called. The learned ADPP for the state and counsel for appellants/accused are present. R&Ps received from the court of learned Civil Judge & JM-II, Ghotki, under his office letter No.484/2026 dated 30.06.2026. Order on it. Heard arguments on application u/s 426 Cr.P.C and perused the record. Order passed and announced in open court, the accused are hereby granted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Fifty Thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The learned counsel for appellants/accused undertake that he will argue the main appeal on the next date of hearing. Hence the instant appeal is adjourned to 08.07.2026, for hearing. |
