Case called. Counsel for decree holder is present. Counsel for judgment debtor is absent on 1st call then case called repeatedly. But the counsel for judgment debtor called absent. Counsel for decree holder make arguments on main application as well as application for stay of execution at about 10:30 am but counsel for judgment debtor call ed absent then case called at about 12:30 counsel for decree holder is present and Cousnel for judgment debtor is called absent. Then at about 01: 25 pm the counsel for respondent appeared and he disclosed that I have not received the copy of amendment in execution application and he prayed that the same may be provided to him and time for C/A may be granted to him. Perusal of application shows that same is filed on 10/05/2025 and also order passed on it, notice to other side but the judgment debtor has not received the copy however in the interest of justice. Copy supplied to him he is directed to file C/A within 7 days from today i.e. 22.01.2026 let the matter be fixed for hearing as well as C/A on application for amendment in execution application. |
