Family Execution called. Counsel for the DH is present along with DH. J.D is present along with his counsel. Record shows that the judgment debtor/defendant has failed to comply with the court order dated 31.05.2024, and execution proceeding was allowed vide order dated 07.11.2025, it appears that the J.D. has deliberately failed to satisfy the decree. Therefore, show cause notice was issued to the J.D however despite of having opportunity to submit the decreetal amount he failed to do therefore, his civil warrant was issued against the J.D for his arrest and today the J.D appeared before the court and failed to submit amount of decreetal amount and any surety. Therefore, in accordance with Section 55 CPC read with Order XXI Rule 30 CPC, the J.D. is hereby taken into custody and same is sent up to Civil jail for a period not exceeding one year and shall execute the said simple imprisonment inside the jail or until the said decree shall be fully satisfied or the above named J.D shall be otherwise entitled to be released according to the terms and provisions of section 58 of the CPC, now matter put on 14.04.2026 for compliance
