This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Zamir Hussain Solangi advocate on behalf of applicant Mst Basheeran w/o Faiz Muhammad by caste Khuhawar against SHO PS Mahi Makool and others. Mr. Makhdoom Faique Hussain Incharge learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Mahi Makool and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 20.05.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
