This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Rajab Ali Magsi advocate on behalf of applicant Kalo son of Taaj Muhammad by caste Bhatti against SHO PS Mirokhan and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Bilawal Rafique learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Mirokhan is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Mirokhan and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 20.05.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
