This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Taimoor @ Nabeel son of Fayaz Ahmed, 02. Mushahid son of Ayaz Ali, 03. Abdul Rehman son of Haji Akhtiar, 04. Kaifi son of Bhao Nisar, 05. Daud son of Habibullah, 06. Sheeraz son of Muhammad Qazafi all by caste Jagirani in Crime No.18/2025 of PS Kamber city for offence u/s 324, 504, 337-H2, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before concerned Court. Put off to 07.07.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally by this court. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
