The Honourable PO has gone to attend conference at Ismailabad. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Zamin Ali Jagirani advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ayaz @ Ayaz Hussain, 02-Muhamamd Usman @ Dadu, 03-Raja @ Raja Ali all sons of Haji Mahro Khan Chandio in Crime No.29/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence U/S 506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each hand PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Raja @ Raja Ali Chandio has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicants/accused 01-Ayaz @ Ayaz Ali, 02-Muhammad Usman @ Dadu have failed to furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
