Today I.O/ASI Sawan Mal P.S Diplo, appeared and submitted Final challan/two separate charge sheet in crime No:22/2026, U/S 506(ii),147,148,149, 337-F(i), 504, 114 PPC of P.S Diplo. One charge sheet against accused Major accused 1, Shoukat s/o Darya Khan, 2. Darya Khan s/o Allah Dino, 3.Ameer Bux s/o Darya Khan, 4.Nabi Bux s/o Darya Khan, 5.Jabbar s/o Ameer Bux all by caste Lund R/o village Banwhar and 02nd Charge sheet against Juvenile offender Hanir S/o Ameer Bux by caste lund r/o village Banwhar Taluka Diplo, Heard I.O & perused the relevant papers. Order passed on both challan sheet. Final Challan accepted, cognizance taken against all accused persons as per challan sheet. Let the case be registered. Office is directed to register case against minor with separate number as JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM. Photo copies of police papers supplied to present accused at Exh.01. As the accused Hanif S/o Ameer Bux is Juvenile offender and this Court has no jurisdiction try the juvenile cases, therefore, reference be made to Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi for transferring the same to the Court having jurisdictions. As the case of above named major accused /main case & the case of Juvenile offender is on same facts & connected cases, therefore, the reference also be made in main case is order to avoid conflicting judgment or complication at the time of its final disposal. Now put off to........27.10.2026, for proceeding/charge/receiving of reference order. |
