The Honourable PO has gone to attend conference at Ismailabad. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Kaman @ Kamran, 02-Aamir both sons of Mashooque, 03-Mashooque son of Hussain all by caste Shabrani in Crime No.95/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 457,380,511,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each hand PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Mashooque son of Hussain has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicants/accused 01-Kaman @ Kamran, 02-Aamir have failed to furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
