The Honourable PO has gone to attend conference at Ismailabad. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Nawab-Din Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Abdul Samad @ Muneer son of Ali Hassan Chandio in Crime No.28/2026 of PP Dost Ali PS Drigh for offence U/S 324,395,506/2,504,337-Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) hand PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 14.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
