The Honourable PO has gone to attend conference at Ismailabad. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Israr Ahmed Mastoi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Shahryar son of Asif Iqbal Mastoi in Crime No.181/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 279,406,420,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court.
