Order passed and announced in open Court, whereby bail granted to applicant/ accused subject to solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30, 000/- ( Thirty Thousand ) with P.R bond in like amount .Accused has furnished required surety. One Ghulam Hussain son of Allah Warayo Vikio R/o Village Suunhar Vikia Taluka Islamkot District Tharparkar appeared and filed affidavit along with documents of his Three Special Saving Certificates No:HG-743863 to HG-743865:-, Registered No 3586,dated 29.10.2026 of Rs.10,000/each Total Rs.30,000/= which is accepted for the satisfaction of this Court, subject to verification. Issue release writ of accused namely Sajid Ahmed son of Dodo .Issue letter to concerned department for verification of surety documents. |
