G & W application called. Applicant and his learned counsel are present. None is present from public at large. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused material placed on record. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is real mother of the minor/wards namely Narmeen, Noman, Farhan & Sapna, she is looking after and maintaining the minor/wards. He contended that the applicant is facing some problems while dealing with the affairs of the minor/wards therefore, applicant may be appointed as guardian of the person of the minors/wards and for the share in properties of the minor/wards.. Keeping in view the above discussion, the applicant is appointed as guardian of person and property of the minors Narmeen, Noman, Farhan & Sapna detailed in para no.3 of plaint i.e. agricultural land bearing survey no. 34, 35, 37, 397, 603 admeasuring an area of about 7-20 acres situated in Deh Gujo Taluka & District Khairpur & S No. 246, 248, & others 51-28 acres situated in Deh Kouro Phulpoto whose share was transferred to the minors vide entry No. 2149 & 258 respectively with permission to sale the same. Nonetheless, she shall execute a P.R bond for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the effect that he shall preserve minor???s share either in the shape of cash or some moveable/immoveable property before this Court. Application stands allowed. Let such Guardianship Certificate be prepared subject to furnish of Indemnity/Personal Bond in sum of Rs:10,00,000/- by the Applicant before this court. |
