Case called. The learned counsel for the applicant is present and stressed and forcefully argued in the morning time that the matter does not proceed accordingly. Thereafter, the matter was kept aside at 12.00 p.m. On the second time, matter take up, the opponent counsel filed adjournment application on the ground that negotiations are going on and the matter may be settled on next date. On that, the applicant counsel was furnished no objection frankly without any hindrance or arguments. It appears that the applicant counsel has only stress on the Court, which is taken on record.
