The matter was fixed for evidence of the PW / mashir and the matter was taken up again and again but Learned Counsel for accused Hussain Khaskheli was called absent. The accused was asked to bring his counsel for proceeding the matter. Learned Counsel for accused Hussain Khaskheli appeared at about 01.30 p.m., and stated that his revision application is pending and he shall not proceed the case until his revision application is decided. He further stated that the Court keeps the matters till late hours and asked the accused for bringing his counsel. He argued on the cross examination of PW by the previous counsel alleging that Court failed to cross examine the PWs on relevant facts and ultimately he refused to proceed the matter. Learned Counsel for complainant stated that the Court has become helpless and matter is hanging on for the evidence. Learned Counsel for accused Hussain Khaskheli orally stated that he shall not proceed the matter and he has neither filed any adjournment application nor produced any stay order. Put off to 31-12-2025.
