The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ali Akbar @ Jano son of Ghulam Shabir by caste Tunio in Crime No.61/2026 of PS Waggan for offence U/S 376-ii,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) hand PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 13.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
