The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed inperson by applicant Akhtiar Ali son of Loung Khan Kalhoro alongwith Vakalatnama of Advocate Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi, learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber, is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner to conduct raid at PS Kamber city without residential area and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, learned Magistrate to release to him forthwith on P.R bond after recording his statement and direct to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 13.01.2026. |
