14-10-2026. Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff appeared in the morning. The plaintiff himself also appeared and he was asked to bring his witnesses also. The plaintiff assured that he will produce his witnesses during course of the day but thereafter he did not turned up again though matter was repeatedly called till 01:40 P.M. On the other hand, learned counsel for defendants No.01 to 03 marked attendance at 12:30 P.M and went away and did not turned up again. Such conduct of both sides is not worth appreciating therefore, Cost of Rs. 100/- is imposed upon plaintiff and defendant No.01 to 03 separately to be deposited by them till next date in District Court Dispensary on proper receipt. Amended title sheet also filed by learned counsel for the plaintiff. Order passed there: ???File / Copy to other side, notice to legal heirs of deceased plaintiff No.03 on cost of the plaintiff???.
