This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Khalique Bhatti, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Attaullah @ Atta Muhammad son of Shahnawaz, 02. Rahmatullah son of Atta Muhammad, 03. Dost Muhammad son of Peroz, 04. Naimatullah son of Peroz Khan all by caste Aheer, in crime No.13/2026 PS Kamber city for offence under section 427, 440, 337-Ai, Fi, 506/2, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The bail application in hand is transferred to the court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before concerned Court. Put off to 26.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
