Order passed and announced in open Court, whereby bail granted to applicant/ accused subject to solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30, 000/- ( Thirty Thousand ) with P.R bond in like amount.Accused has furnished required surety. One Harish Kumar son of Wasand Menghwar R/o Village Menghwar Moullah Islamkot Taluka Islamkot District Tharparkar appeared and filed affidavit along with documents of his Three Special Saving Certificates No: HG-743878 to HG-743880, Registered No 3592 dated 2.11.2026 of Rs.10,000/each Total Rs.30,000/= which is accepted for the satisfaction of this Court, subject to verification. Issue release writ of accused namely Madhan son of Vasand .Issue letter to concerned department for verification of surety documents. |
