Case called. Accused Rashid Ali has been produced from custody. Ld. ADPP and Ld. DA are in attendance. Matter is fixed for determination of age of accused persons. Previosely, the B-Form and Birth Certificate of the accused persons has been verified from concerned departments in main case. I have heard the complainant through video link on previous date of hearing as he is in the custody. I also heard the Ld. state counsel and defence counse. I have also observed the accused persons on their physical appearance. It was comtempted by the complainant and counsel that accused have managed the B-Form and Birth Certificate to avoid the major punishment. Now it is directed accused persons to bring any other record showing their date of birth prior to 2023, such as any educational certificate, to dispel the any looming apprehension of complainant side. Be as it may that the matter be adjourned to next date of hearing. Put off to 02-09-2026 for submission of further required document from the accused persons. |
