R & Ps of instant Crl.Misc.application u/s 552 Cr.P.C received by this Court from Honourable Sessions Judge/Justice of peace, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. Matter is already fixed for today, therefore, caled. SIP/SHO Abdul Sattar Shaikh produced the lady Mst.Madeeha Khatoon w/o Azizullah Bakhrani, d/o Shahzado Deho before this Court for recording her statement. Statement of lady Mst.Madeeha Khatoon recorded by this Court wherein she stated that she apprehends danger at the hands of her husband Azizullah Bakhrani, therefore, she may be remanded to Darul-Aman Sukkur for her security and safety. Let the custody of Mst.Madeeha Khatoon be sent to Darul-Aman Sukkur, in order to secure her safety, with directions to produce her custody before this Court as and when required or directed by this Court. |
