Case called. The accused 01. Qadeer, 02. Muhammad Saleem, 03. Altaf and 04. Saeed are present on bail, while accused Wahid Bux has already been declared as P.O. ADPP is present, learned counsel for accused present. The present accused submitted an joint application along with their affidavits for plead guilty at Ex/. No. 05. Order on it. Issue Show cause notice to accused. Show cause notice issued to accused at Ex. No. 06. Reply of show cause notice is received at Ex. No. 07. Order on it. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court. The present accused are convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C and sentenced to Suffer SI till rising of the Court and to pay fine of Rs: 150/-each in case of failure shall suffer SI for three days. The fine amount paid which has been deposited in the concerned Head. The accused are present on bail, their bail bonds stands cancelled and surety discharged the case against the P.O accused Wahid Bux be kept on dormant file till his arrest or otherwise. |
