This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Nawabuddin Chandio, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Waheed @ Waheed Alil, 02. Gulzar @ Gulzar Ahmed both sons of Gulab @ Gulab Khan, 03. Irfan @ Irfan Ali, 04. Sarwar both sons of Deen Muhammad @ Gahnwar Khan Khan all by caste Chandio, in crime No.04/2026 PS Miro Khan for offence under section 380, 457 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 28.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished their required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
