Plaintiff is directed to submit as many copies on plain paper of the plaint as there are defendants plus two extra copies, and draft forms of summons/processed in duplicate legibly filled up leaving the hour and date of appearance of the defendants and fees for service thereof as required under Order VII Rule 9 (1),(a),(b), of C.P.C R/W Rule 94 of the sindh Civil Court Rules.
