Advocate for Defendant No.3 & 4 in Civil Suit No.364/2021 are also present and extended his no objection on above application. None is present from Defendant No.1, 2, 5 & 6 side. In view of the foregoing and to avoid conflicting judgments and further technicalities, ensure judicial economy, and streamline proceedings, both suits???Civil Suit No.364/2021 and Civil Suit No.86/2024 are hereby consolidated as both the suits have been filed by the same parties on same subject property.
