Case called. Accused Shafqat, Allah Dad,Riaz, Qaloo, Sozal and Rahim appeared and filed application along with letter of copy of bail orders. Order passed thereon. While other accused Tamachi is not yet served. NBWs against him returned un-served. Statement of process server is recorded at Ex.01. He has produce NBWs, statement of two neck mards of locallity, copy of entry, copies of letter of bail before arrest letter of remaining accused at Ex.1/A to 1/G. Order passed thereon. Case put off to 18.5.2026. Issue proclamation u/s 87/88 Cr.P.C against absconding accused and call subsequent report of accused Sozal and Rahim atonce. Present accused are directed to attend. |
