Case Diary: Bail application called. Mr. Pitho mal, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS Chelhar. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail application is allowed, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:-20000/-(Twenty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Jani s/o Godhio, by caste Bheel r/o village Mehaar, Taluka Chachro, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Sattar @ Bhutto. He/surety produced Two DSCs of Rs:10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each Total of Rs- (Twenty thousand). Order passed therereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount. Let surety documents be sent for verification and mortgage. Issue Release Writ of accused Sattar @ Bhutto. |
