R & Ps received from Honourable Sessions Judge, Khairpur for disposal according to law. Perusal of last case diary dated: 07-09-2026 of learned Civil Judge & JM Pir Jo Goth shows that all accused Rabail, Nadeem and Waseem are already declared as proclaimed offenders and NBWs were also issued against them but returned un-executed. Learned DDPP for the state is present. Order passed on separate sheet. Case is kept on dormant file till their arrest of surrender before the court of law. Surety proceedings against accused Rabail shall continued. Issue notice to surety of accused Rabail. Call surety papers. Put off to 22-10-2026 for surety proceedings. |
