Case called. Accused Asgher, Rahmatullah, Khalique alias Khalo, and Abdul Qadir are absconder and declared as P.O. Learned APG for the State is present and submitted statement. Order passed and announced in open court. As per prayer of learned APG for the state, the evidence of complainant party/prosecution witnesses is hereby reserved and the case against the above named P.O/accused, is hereby kept on dormant file till their arrest or otherwise. Let the perpetual warrants be issued against them through high-ups of the concerned police with directions that such report be submitted regarding their arrest or otherwise within 15 days. So also let correspondence be made for blocking their CNICs, Passports, Bank accounts and Mobile SIMs etc including attachment of their moveable and immoveable properties in view of order of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana dated: 14.10.2015 in the Constitution Petition No-S 618/2012, filed by Nasrullah Domki & others.
