He produced letter issued by this court, enquiry report, P.S copy of death certificate and Statements of Mst. Sajida Buledi, Nek mard Aamir Ali Buledi and Salman Ali Abro at Ex.14/A to 14/F. Detailed Order passed on statement. In view of statement of Inspector Imran Ahmed Bhatti SHO P.S Civil Line and perused the relevant documents, it appears that accused Mukhtiar Ali Buledi has been expired due to attack, hence proceedings against him are hereby abated. SHO Civil Line filed reply of show cause notice. Detailed Order passed on it. Show cause is vacated with warning. Accused Akash requested verbally for time to produce proof of his absence for the last date. Request allowed.
