This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Nawaz Meno advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Bux son of Muhammad Nawaz Meno, 02-Saeed Ahmed son of Ali Bux Meno, 03-Muhammad Punhal son of Muhammad Nawaz @ Ramzan Meno, 04-Abdullah son of Ali Abass Meno, 05-Abdul Qadir son of Sadaruddin @ Qadir Bux Lashari, 06-Atta Muhammad son of Ali Muhammad Meno in Crime No.43/2026 of PS B-Sec Shahdadkot for offence U/S 506/2,504,147,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 30.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
