Bail before arrest called. Applicants/ accused and their counsel called absent. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Perusal of record shows that accused persons were granted ad interim bail before arrest vide order dated 30.03.2026 subject to furnishing surety in sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) each, however, applicants/accused persons have failed to furnish surety, it is now 10:05 AM. The relief of bail before arrest is an extraordinary relief which cannot be granted/extended in absence of accused persons. The accused persons were required to be present on time, but they remained absent. Therefore, interim bail granted to accused persons/ applicants vide order dated 30.03.2026 stands recalled and, bail application stands dismissed for non-prosecution and for want of surety. |
