R&PS of instant case has been received today from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge, Dadu for disposal according to law. Case called. Accused Riaz Hussain, Arbab Ali, Sadam, Muhammad Sharif and Wazir Ahmed are present on bail. Learned APG is present. Charge has been framed agaisnt the accused accused at Exh.02, plea of accused is also recorded at Exh.2/A to 2/E, in which accused pleads not guilty and claimed for trial. Issue summons against the complainant and all PWs. Case put of to 10.11.2026 for evidence. Accused are directed to attend. |
