Today, work has been suspended due to the strike of the DBA. The case was called. The plaintiff was absent, whereas his learned counsel was present and filed a statement along with receipts of TCS and delivery receipts regarding defendants No. 01, 5(i), 5(v), 6(i), 6(ii), 08, 09, 10 and 11, showing that the summons have been delivered at their respective given addresses. Let the statement and receipts be taken on record. Summons to defendants No. 5(ii) to 5(iv), 6(iii) to 6(v) and 7 have not been issued, as the same were not applied for. Let fresh summons be issued to the said defendants. The plaintiff is directed to make compliance. The summons have been returned with the endorsement of the bailiff that the same were received by the offices of defendants No. 02, 03 and 04 and that service upon defendants No. 02, 03 and 04 has been duly effected. Written statement has been received from defendant No. 02 through his authorized clerk. Let the same be taken on record. The Presiding Officer is on casual leave. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned to 02.10.2026 for filing of written statements by defendants No. 01, 03, 04, 5(i), 5(v), 6(i), 6(ii), 08, 09, 10 and 11, and for service upon defendants No. 5(ii) to 5(iv), 6(iii) to 6(v) and 7. |
