Issue show cause notice to accused at Ex.No...3. He submitted reply of show cause notice at Ex.No...4. Order passed and announced in open court. Accused Sabir Hussain Magsi is convicted u/s: 243 Cr.P.C, to pay fine Rs: 200/- (Two hundred rupees). In default of payment of fine, the accused shall suffer Simple Imprisonment for period of three days. Since the accused has paid fine amount Rs 200/- (two hundred rupees) in this Court for onwards depositing in relevant account of Government. Accused is present on bail, his bail bond stands cancelled and surety is discharged. |
