Case Diary: Bail application called. Mr. Mohan lal Bheel, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS Jhun. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail application is allowed, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:-20000/-(Twenty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Pamoon mal s/o Molo, by caste Bheel r/o village Veri, Taluka Islamkot, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Ramesh kumar. He/surety produced Two SSCs of Rs:10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each Total of Rs- (Twenty thousand). Order passed therereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount.
