Case called. Accused Ali Gul present on bail. While absconding accused namely Sehrish Faiz called absent, where as the case against absconding accused was already bifurcated from the case of present accused vide order dated 06.01.2026 process viz.87/88 Cr.P.C were already issued, same were not returned by the SHO of PS Nooriabad, and in this regards show cause notice was already issued to the SHO and today SHO of PS Nooriabad sent application for time so also submitted reply of show cause notice.
