Suit called. None is present from both sides. Perusal of record reveals that suit in hand initially ended in dismissal vide judgment dated 15.02.2024. The plaintiff challenged it before the Court of Honourable Additional District Judge-I, Mirpur Mathelo, the Honourable Court set the judgment aside and remanded the matter to this Court. Since the receiving of R&Ps, Court Motion Notices are being repeated to both parties. Plaintiff of the suit refused to receive it as per endorsement of bailiff on dated 17.06.2025.
