This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Darya Khan Jarwar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Liaquat Ali, 02-Naiz Ali @ Niaz Hussain, 03-Rajib Ali, 04-Ali Muhammad all sons of Ghazi Khan Khoso in Crime No.24/2026 of PS Sanjar Bhatti for offence U/S 506/2,148,149 PPC 3-4-5 Act, 2026. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 02.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
